and we'll do anything we can to help you
make the selection.
Q: How can I request a
fast quote?
A: You can either send
us a spec by fax or email with your
return phone number or e-mail address
and we'll notify you upon receipt and
the expected reply.
Q. What is the "fast
quote" turn-around for you?
A: We respond within
24-working hours from the time we
receive the RFQ on standard products. It
will take another 24-working hours on
complex RFQs.
Q: Can I get just an
estimate or a "ball-park" figure for an
even faster quote?
A: We can provide such
estimates on such occasions but caution
that they are just that, estimates and
with short expiry dates. A phone contact
is preferred in such cases.
Q: What are your
standard delivery leadtimes?
A: We run an 8 to 10
working week leadtime on standard
products. This is subject to the
project's complexity and the scopes of
supply. At times, we've been known to
ship products in less than 2-working
weeks on "hot projects".
Q: How competitive are
your prices?
A: We usually leave
that to all of our happy customers that
have discovered the value of our pricing
structures. We are happy to say that
good competitive pricing, high-quality
and responsive services keeps many
customers to coming back for more.
Q: How do you support
your products?
A: We design and
engineer each projects and are all shown
on Submittal drawings created by our
staff Engineers. The Submittals are for
customers review and input and ultimate
approval prior to our manufacture. We
also provide telephone support during
installation and make installation
recommendations.
Q: What other support
do you provide?
A: We provide
transportation logistics for the product
and other customer-supplied accessories.
The objective is for the efficient, safe
and economical equipment jobsite
transport whether the customer provides
the special hauler or not.
